Las Tablas,Panama-In the middle of the Mens over 35 Panama Softball tournament,Torneo Veterano de Softbol, the tournament director Hernan Perez has changed the rules in the middle of the tournament to benefit his team, Monagrullo, last years champs. Hernan banned Miken bats for round two, round three and the finals, because his teams doesnt have any, and they are not readily sold in Panama.  Mr Perez also in the middle of heated legal battle with foreigners who live in the country and cant play. His policy is that foreigners living in the country are not welcome to play in his 50 team recreational softball tournament. Teams are playing for a trophy. Can you really call this a fun tournament?
